目的了解青岛大学附属医院门诊中成药临床使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取青岛大学附属医院2015年1—3月门诊开具的中成药处方900张,进行处方审核和统计学分析。结果 900张中成药处方中存在不合理用药现象112张(12.5%),主要包括重复用药、超剂量超疗程用药、未辨证施治用药、中西药不合理联用、超适应证用药等问题。结论我院的门诊中成药使用存在问题较多。需要药师加强中医药知识与临床应用之间的对接,把好处方审核关;加强与临床医师的沟通。临床医师特别是西医师有必要进一步学习传统中医药知识,遵循中医理论,更好地使用中成药。
Objective To understand the clinical use of proprietary Chinese medicine clinics in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University to promote clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Ninety prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines issued by the outpatient department of Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital from January to March in 2015 were randomly selected for prescription examination and statistical analysis. Results There were 112 irrational drug use cases (12.5%) in 900 prescriptions of Chinese medicine, including repeated medication, overdose and overdose medication, non-dialectical drug treatment, irrational combination of Chinese and western medicine and over-indication of drug use. Conclusion There are many problems in the use of proprietary Chinese medicines in our hospital. Need pharmacists to strengthen the docking of knowledge and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine, the good prescription audit clearance; to strengthen communication with clinicians. Clinicians, especially Western physicians, need to further study traditional Chinese medicine and follow TCM theory to make better use of proprietary Chinese medicines.
