为进一步加大水法规的宣传力度,促进新《水法》的贯彻实施,结合今年“世界水日”、“中国水周”宣传活动,2003年3月淮委水政水资源处主办、《治淮》杂志社承办,举办了“水法规知识竞赛”(见《治淮》杂志2003年第3期)。
