在建筑工程项目实施过程中,工程项目合同对于工程项目的建设具有非常重要的意义。工程项目合同与业主和承包方的经济利益息息相关,因此需要建立健全合同管理机制,确保建筑工程项目保质保量地完成。文中从建筑工程项目合同管理的重要意义入手,分析了合同的实施控制,并进一步对加强建筑工程项目合同管理的措施进行了具体阐述。
In the construction project implementation process, the construction project contract for the construction of the project has a very important significance. The contract of a project is closely related to the economic interests of the owner and the contractor. Therefore, a sound contract management mechanism needs to be established to ensure that the construction project is completed in a quality and quantity manner. Starting with the significance of the contract management of construction projects, this paper analyzes the implementation and control of contracts and further elaborates the measures to strengthen the contract management of construction projects.
