2例分别为73、79岁男性患者因脑梗死帕金森氏症注意力分散,为治疗,应用美多巴或加大用量,结果在3～7d后出现严重意识障碍。
Two patients, 73 and 79 years old, respectively, were distracted by Parkinson’s disease due to cerebral infarction. For treatment, the patients were treated with metoprolol or increased dosage, resulting in serious disturbance of consciousness after 3 to 7 days.
