随着经济建设的发展,人民生活水平日益提高,在食品种类和消费量不断增加的同时,对食品卫生质量的要求也越来越高。为保证消费者的安全,加强对食品卫生的监督管理,1994年我站对兰州市食品生产和经营单位的531份食品和用具进行监测,现将结果报告如下。1 材料和方法 材料:食品及用具531份。 方法:参照《食品卫生检验方法·微生物学部分》。2 结果
With the development of economic construction, the living standards of the people are increasing day by day. As the types and consumption of food continue to increase, the requirements on the quality of food hygiene are also getting higher and higher. In order to ensure the safety of consumers and strengthen the supervision and administration of food hygiene, in 1994, I monitored 531 food and utensils of food production and business units in Lanzhou City.
