目的:了解广西医疗机构输血科(血库)人力资源配置现状并提出相应的对策。方法 :分层多级整群抽样方法 ,调查109家广西二、三级医院输血科(血库)人力资源状况。结果:广西医疗机构输血科(血库)人员编制、职称比例基本符合达标,但学历偏低、有输血专业背景的专业人才缺乏等。结论:广西输血专业技术人员学历偏低,素质不高,应制定临床输血全员培训计划及输血科(血库)人员业务能力的跟踪和资格认证系统,以适应现代输血技术的需要。
Objective: To understand the status quo of human resources allocation of blood transfusion department (blood bank) in Guangxi medical institutions and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods: The stratified multistage cluster sampling method was used to investigate the human resources status of transfusion department (blood bank) in 109 second and third level hospitals in Guangxi. Results: The staffing department of blood transfusion department (blood bank) in Guangxi Medical Institutions basically met the standard of professional title, but the education background was low and the professionals with blood transfusion background were lacking. CONCLUSION: Guangxi blood transfusion professional and technical personnel have low education level and low quality. A clinical blood transfusion training plan and tracking and qualification system of transfusion department (blood bank) personnel operational capacity should be established to meet the needs of modern blood transfusion.
