以词汇为语言的建筑材料,以语法为结构形式,以语音为物质媒介,是传统教学所强调的教学三大要素。但今天看来,孤立地讲授语言知识已远不能适应时代发展所引发的交际需要了。要实现语言的交际功能,除掌握一定的词汇和必要的语音知识外,还必须重视语言的文化沉积功能。任何一个民族的生存与发展都离不开本民族的历史和文化,离开了社会文化因素或缺乏这方面的知识,要全面正确地掌握该民族的语言是不可能的。
Vocabulary as the language of the building materials to grammar as the structure of the form of voice as the media is the traditional teaching emphasizes the three elements of teaching. However, it seems that it is far beyond the communication needs arising from the development of the times to teach language knowledge in isolation. In order to realize the communicative function of language, besides grasping a certain vocabulary and necessary phonetic knowledge, we must also attach importance to the cultural deposition function of language. The survival and development of any one nation can not be separated from the history and culture of its own nation. Without the social and cultural factors or the lack of knowledge in this respect, it is impossible to fully and correctly understand the language of the nation.
