当前,新疆生产建设兵团在推进新型工业化的过程中。新疆兵团要分阶段、有步骤地推进新型工业化,构建兵团企业法律风险防范机制尤其重要。企业法律风险主要有合同法律风险和诉讼法律风险等。应对法律风险企业应当构建良好的法律风险防范机制。
At present, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the process of promoting a new type of industrialization.
