通过火力发电厂厂区综合管架或室内外设备平台改造工程实践,提出一种充分利用原结构柱基础作为新结构柱基础一部分的待拆建(构)筑物改建设计中既有基础免拆除再利用的设计方法,即在改造方案中仅拆除原结构基础以上部分,根据新结构柱需要在原基础附近增加基桩,在原基础及新增基桩上设置联合承台作为新结构柱基础。这种改造方法可减少拆除工程量,大大减小了深、宽方向的拆除开挖尺度,有利于保护原基础附近的地下设施
Through the engineering practice of the integrated pipe rack or the indoor and outdoor equipment platform renovation of the thermal power plant, a new method is proposed for the reconstruction of the structures to be demolished (structures) that make full use of the original structural column foundation as a new structural column foundation. Utilizing the design method, only the above parts of the original structure are dismantled in the reconstruction scheme, and the pile foundation is added in the vicinity of the original foundation according to the new structural column, and the joint bearing platform is set up as the foundation of the new structural column on the original foundation and the newly added foundation pile.
