According to the latest statistics from the General Administration of Customs, the overall performance of pesticides in China in the first half of the year was in line with expectation, showing as follows: “volume increase minus” “structural differentiation” and “new trend” and so on. I. General Situation of Import and Export From January to May 2016, China imported a total of 47,000 tons of pesticides, an increase of 4.3% over the same period of last year with an import volume of 383 million U.S. dollars, down by 2.2% over the same period of last year. From January to May 2016, China exported a total of 614,000 pesticides Ton, an increase of 4.9% over the same period of last year, with the export value reaching 1.649 billion U.S. dollars
