晶体囊袋内血肿是由于人工晶体后表面和晶体后囊之间的间隙内血液聚积所致。据作者所知,这是迄今未见报道的术后出血的一种临床类型。本文报告的晶体囊袋内血肿6例中,2例伴有慢性开角型青光眼并作过氩激光小梁成形术(其中1例还合并糖尿病和糖尿病性视网膜病变),1例伴有慢性闭角型青光眼并接受过氩激光虹膜切开术。所有患者术前均未服用抗血凝药物。4例施行白内障囊外摘出合并人工晶体植入术,2例囊外摘出合并人工晶体植入和小梁切除术,无术中并发症。所用人工晶体均
Intraocular hematoma in the capsular bag is due to accumulation of blood within the gap between the posterior surface of the intraocular lens and the posterior capsule of the lens. To the best of the author’s knowledge, this is a clinical type of postoperative bleeding that has not been reported to date. Among the 6 cases of intracapsular hematoma reported in this paper, 2 were accompanied by chronic open-angle glaucoma and underwent argon laser trabeculoplasty (1 of them was also complicated by diabetes and diabetic retinopathy) and 1 was accompanied by chronic obstruction Corneal glaucoma and received argon laser iridectomy. All patients did not take anti-coagulant drugs before surgery. Four patients underwent extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation and two patients underwent extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy without any intraoperative complications.
