群众文化建设是文化建设的重要部分,也是党的十八大提出的“扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设”的重要内容。加强群众文化建设,组织开展多类型、高水平的群众文化活动,提升群众的整体文化水平,是社会主义制度优越性的体现。本文通过对新时期开展群众文化活动存在的问题进行分析,并据此提出了相关对策,以期为全面建设群众文化事业出一份力。
The construction of mass culture is an important part of cultural construction as well as an important part proposed by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to “promote the building of a powerful socialist country”. Strengthening the building of the mass culture, organizing the mass cultural activities of various types and at high levels, and enhancing the overall cultural level of the masses are the embodiment of the superiority of the socialist system. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the mass cultural activities carried out in the new period, this paper puts forward some countermeasures in the hope of making a contribution to building an overall mass cultural undertaking.
