1997年改革开放之初,广东省佛山市第一人民医院就因新建设的现代化医院,被誉为“中国医院现代化建设起点”。近年来,医院积极践行新一轮医改的公立医院改革要求,率先探索现代化医院管理模式,从经验管理迈向科学标准化管理,持续评价管理,将改进安全质量理念融入百年医院文化。医院传承和弘扬百年医院“救死扶伤、诚信关爱”文化,坚持“安全—优质—发展”的管理方针,狠抓医疗质量,探索持续评价管理,建立标准
At the beginning of the reform and opening up in 1997, the First People’s Hospital of Foshan City in Guangdong Province was honored as the “starting point of Chinese hospital modernization construction” due to the modernization of new hospitals. In recent years, the hospital has been actively practicing the reform requirements of public hospitals in the new round of medical reforms, taking the lead in exploring modern hospital management models, moving from experience management to scientific standardization management, continuously evaluating management, and integrating the concept of improving safety quality into the century-old hospital culture. The hospital inherits and promotes Centennial Hospital’s culture of “rescuing death and rehabilitating the body, protecting people with sincerity and integrity”, adheres to the management policy of “safety, quality, and development”, pays close attention to medical quality, explores continuous evaluation management, and establishes standards.
