高校作为培养高级人才的地方,依法治校一直以来都是各个高校的治校核心理念之一,在规章制度、师生权益保护等各个方面都取得了良好的成绩。然而在以法治精神管理学生上还存在有诸多的问题,离真正的依法治校还有着不小的差距。本文分析了高校管理学生中存在的与法治精神不符的现象,从理念到制度上剖析了原因,并就如何用法治精神管理学生提出了几点建议。
As a place where senior talents are cultivated, governing the university according to law has always been one of the core concepts in the management of colleges and universities. Good achievements have been made in the aspects of rules and regulations, the protection of teachers and students’ rights and interests. However, there are still many problems in the management of students by the spirit of the rule of law. There is still a long way to go before the school is ruled by law. This article analyzes the phenomenon that the management students in colleges and universities did not accord with the spirit of the rule of law, analyzes the reasons from the concept to the system, and puts forward some suggestions on how to manage the students with the rule of law.
