从番茄内生真菌交织枝顶孢(Acremonium implicatum)中分离到5个次生代谢产物,经理化特性和波谱数据分析鉴定为对羟基苯甲醛(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、吲哚-3-甲醛(3)、5'-O-乙酰胸苷(4)和酵母甾醇(5)。化合物1和2表现出强的抗细菌、抗真菌、抗氧化和抗线虫活性。化合物3对秀丽隐杆线虫和南方根结线虫表现出一定的抑制活性,半抑制浓度(IC50)分别为82.3μg/m L和93.4μg/m L。结果表明对羟基苯甲醛(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、吲哚-3-甲醛(3)是交织枝顶孢中的主要活性成分,为深入研究交织枝顶孢对线虫的生防机制以及该真菌的开发与应用提供了依据。上述化合物均为首次从交织枝顶孢中分离得到。
Five secondary metabolites were isolated from endophytic fungi Acremonium implicatum. Their chemical properties and spectral data were identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (1), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), indole -3-carboxaldehyde (3), 5'-O-acetylthymidine (4) and yeast sterol (5). Compounds 1 and 2 showed strong anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-oxidant and anti-nematode activity. Compound 3 showed some inhibitory activities against C. elegans and M. incognita, with IC50 values of 82.3 μg / mL and 93.4 μg / mL, respectively. The results showed that p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (1), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (2) and indole-3-carboxaldehyde (3) were the main active components in Alternanthera philoxeroides. Mechanism and the development and application of fungi provide the basis. The above compounds were isolated from Acremonium for the first time.
