转录因子T-box18(TBX18)是窦房结发育过程中的关键调节因子,在窦房结的形成过程中起重要作用,而在成体心脏中不表达。通过基因工程技术将TBX18导入成体心肌细胞可诱导其向类窦房结样细胞转化,上调超极化激活的环核苷酸门控(HCN4)通道且抑制Cx43的表达并发挥起搏功能,达到构建生物起搏器的目的。而TBX18过表达也可能带来相应的安全性问题,如心房扩张、右室发育不良和室间隔缺损。TBX18用来构建生物起搏器的有效性和安全性仍需要更多的研究来进一步验证。
The transcription factor T-box18 (TBX18) is a key regulator of sinus node development and plays an important role in the formation of the sinus node, but not in the adult heart.
