研究了对SMV抗性不同的3个大豆品种在接种SMV-a株系后叶片过氧化物酶活性及其同功酶的动态变化。结果表明,侵染的早期(接种后3d),抗病品种科丰1号的过氧化物酶活性急剧上升,出现了新的PI为4.40和9.73的同功酶;感病品种徐豆1号和1138-2的变化则相对较小。侵染的中后期(接种后6d和9d),感病品种的过氧化物酶活性迅速上升,且徐豆1号也出现了PI为4.40和9.73的同功酶;抗病品种过氧化物酶活性略有下降,PI为4.40和9.73的同功酶消失。SMV侵染早期,抗病品种过氧化物酶活性的急剧增加以及PI为4.40和9.73的同功酶的出现可能与抗病性密切相关。
The dynamic changes of peroxidase activity and isozymes in leaves of three soybean cultivars with different resistance to SMV after inoculation of SMV-a strain were studied. The results showed that in the early stage of infection (3d days after inoculation), the peroxidase activity of the resistant variety Kefeng 1 rose sharply, and new isozymes with PIs of 4.40 and 9.73 appeared. The susceptible varieties Changes in Xu beans 1 and 1138-2 are relatively small. During the middle and late stages of infection (6 d and 9 d after inoculation), the peroxidase activity of susceptible cultivars increased rapidly, and isozymes with PI of 4.40 and 9.73 also appeared in Xu Dou 1; Peroxidase activity decreased slightly, the isozymes with PIs of 4.40 and 9.73 disappeared. In the early stage of SMV infection, the rapid increase of peroxidase activity of resistant varieties and the appearance of isozymes with PI of 4.40 and 9.73 may be closely related to disease resistance.
