探讨心脏血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)生成与左室功能的关系 方法 选取76例心力衰竭病人(NYHA分级Ⅰ～Ⅳ级)和15例正常对照。测定内源性血管紧张素主动脉-冠状窦浓度梯度变化曲线,部分病人测定~(128)碘-标记的血管紧张素Ⅰ的动力学。测定22例因心衰移植出的心脏(NYHA分级Ⅲ～Ⅳ级)和7例非心衰供体心脏的肾素-血管紧张素系统各成分的基因表达和细胞定位,膜以及孤立心肌细胞的血管紧张素Ⅰ型(AT_1)、Ⅱ型(AT_2)
To investigate the relationship between cardiac angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) production and left ventricular function.Methods 76 cases of heart failure patients (NYHA class Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ grade) and 15 normal controls were selected. The endogenous angiotensin aortic - coronary sinus concentration gradient was measured and the kinetics of ~ (128) iodine - labeled angiotensin Ⅰ was measured in some patients. The gene expression and cellular localization of the components of the renin-angiotensin system in 22 heart-grafts (NYHA class III-IV) and 7 non-heart-failure donor hearts were determined for membrane and isolated cardiomyocytes Angiotensin type Ⅰ (AT_1), type Ⅱ (AT_2)
