[目的]研究内源激素与甘蓝型油菜角果长度发育关系。[方法]以甘蓝型油菜人工合成材料特长角H218、H203,短角“4101”、增11,普通角果中油821、MSP334为研究对象,采用酶联免疫测定技术分析了角果发育1~20d内内源激素含量的动态变化,讨论了内源激素IAA、GA3、iPA和ABA含量与油菜角果长度发育的关系。[结果]特长角材料IAA含量在角果发育第1~5天低于短角材料,第5、20天角果的IAA含量分别与最终角果长呈显著负相关。特长角材料iPA含量在第5~20天低于短角材料,第1天角果的iPA含量与最终角果长呈显著正相关,第5、10、15天角果的iPA含量分别与最终角果长呈显著负相关。第5天角果的GA3含量与最终角果长呈显著正相关。第1天角果的ABA含量与最终角果长呈显著负相关。[结论]iPA和IAA可能在油菜角果长度发育中扮演重要角色。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the relationship between the endogenous hormones and the length development of Brassica napus. [Method] With the special synthetic horns H218, H203, short angle “4101”, increasing 11 and common oilseed oil 821 and MSP334 of rapeseed as the research object, the development of pod 1 ~ 20d. The relationship between endogenous hormones IAA, GA3, iPA and ABA content and the development of rape cedar length was discussed. [Result] The content of IAA in specialty angle materials was lower than that of short angle materials on the first to fifth days of development, and the IAA contents of the angle fruit on the 5th and 20th were negatively correlated with the final length of the fruit. The content of iPA in specialty angle materials was lower than that in short angle materials on the 5th to 20th days. The content of iPA in the first day was significantly and positively correlated with the final length of the fruit. The iPA contents in the first, Fruit length was significantly negative correlation. On the fifth day, the GA3 content of the fruit was significantly and positively correlated with the final fruit length. On the first day, the ABA content of the fruit was significantly negatively correlated with the final fruit length. [Conclusion] iPA and IAA may play an important role in the development of rape cotyledons length.
