目的建立归脾丸中当归含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.1%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调p H值至6.5)—甲醇(70∶30)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:316 nm,柱温为30℃。结果阿魏酸回归方程为A=6437.89C+9633.86,r=0.9996,线性范围4.032~30.240μg/ml;组分平均加样回收率为95.84%;RSD为1.76%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法操作简便、精密度高,重复性好,定量准确,检测较为快速,可用于归脾丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish the method of determination of angelica in Guipi Pill. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on an Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) in 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (pH 6.5 with triethylamine) -methanol (70:30) Mobile phase, flow rate: 1.0 ml / min, detection wavelength: 316 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results The regression equation of ferulic acid was A = 6437.89C + 9633.86, r = 0.9996, the linear range was 4.032-30.240μg / ml. The average recoveries of the components were 95.84% and RSD was 1.76% (n = 6). Conclusion High performance liquid chromatography has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, high precision, good repeatability, accurate quantification and rapid detection, which can be used for the quality control of Guipi Pills.
