从CIMS信息集成的要求出发,探讨现代制造车间面向CIMS发展的生产和工艺计划的集成设计,研究了生产计划、调度及工艺计划安排方面的纵向和横向集成设计,并详细描述了它们之间的相互关系。还以FMS作为车间基本单元详细讨论了FMS运行环境下生产和工艺计划的集成软件系统设计。
Based on the requirement of information integration of CIMS, this paper discusses the integrated design of production and process planning for CIMS development in modern manufacturing workshop, studies the vertical and horizontal integration design of production planning, scheduling and process planning arrangement, and describes in detail Interrelationship. The integrated software system design of production and process planning in FMS operating environment was also discussed in detail with FMS as the basic unit of the workshop.
