环境是人类生存发展之根基,环境污染问题是制约我国经济与社会持续发展的重要因素。近年来,伴随着我国工业化的飞速发展,生态环境遭到了严重的破坏。各地“雾霾围城”新闻频见报端,昭示着中国的空气质量状况正在不断地恶化,严峻的现实对各地的大气环境保护提出了更为严格的要求。如何破解大气环境保护中的重重困局,法律具有不可替代的作用。
Environment is the foundation of human existence and development. Environmental pollution is an important factor restricting the sustainable development of our economy and society. In recent years, along with the rapid development of China’s industrialization, the ecological environment has been seriously damaged. Around the “haze siege” news frequently reported that a clear air quality in China is deteriorating, the harsh reality of the atmospheric environment around the place made more stringent requirements. How to crack down on the many difficulties in the atmospheric environment protection, the law has an irreplaceable role.
