针对现有中央分隔带开口护栏防护等级不足等问题,提出一种新型框架式中央分隔带开口护栏结构形式。建立有限元仿真模型,采用LS-DYNA显示有限元程序进行求解,对护栏结构进行优化分析,最后通过实车足尺碰撞试验对护栏进行安全性评价。仿真结果与实车足尺碰撞试验结果表明:碰撞后车辆能够恢复正常行驶姿态,各项评价指标均满足评价标准要求,护栏防护能力达到现行《公路护栏安全性能评价标准》(JTG B05-01—2013)规定的防护等级A级。
In view of the problems such as the lack of protection grade of the existing fence with a central partition, a new type of frame-type central partition with an open guardrail structure is proposed. The finite element simulation model is established. The finite element program LS-DYNA is used to solve the problem. The structure of the guardrail is optimized and analyzed. Finally, the safety assessment of the guardrail is carried out by full-vehicle impact test. The results of the simulation and actual vehicle full-scale collision test show that the vehicle can resume normal driving attitude after the collision, all the evaluation indexes meet the evaluation standards, and the guardrail protection capability meets the current “Evaluation Criteria for the Safety of Highway Fence” (JTG B05-01- 2013) specified protection level A level.
