[目的]评价经直肠闭式修补术配合中药口服治疗直肠前突的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析经直肠闭式修补术配合润肠通便方口服29例与单纯闭式修补术23例治疗直肠前突患者效果的比较。[结果]术前、术后直肠排粪造影显示直肠前突深度有显著变化。便秘症状消失。随访2年,治疗组痊愈25例,有效3例,无效1例;对照组痊愈17例,有效4例,无效2例。[结论]经直肠闭式修补术配合中药口服治疗直肠前突疗效明显优于单纯手术治疗。
[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of transrectal closed repair combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rectocele. [Methods] A retrospective analysis of the effect of transrectal closed repair combined with Runchang-Recipe on 29 cases and pure closed repair on 23 cases of rectocele were compared. [Results] Preoperative and postoperative rectal defecography showed significant changes in the depth of rectocele. Constipation symptoms disappear. Followed up for 2 years, the treatment group recovered 25 cases, 3 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective; control group cured 17 cases, effective in 4 cases, 2 cases. [Conclusion] The rectal closed repair combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of rectocele was significantly better than the simple surgical treatment.
