采用优化的RAPD技术对8份树菠萝种质资源进行检测,结果表明,8份种质材料间均存在遗传差异,不存在同物异名的现象。其中,无核树菠萝与无胶树菠萝之间的亲缘最近(相似系数为0.887),马来西亚树菠萝和湿苞树菠萝(相似系数为0.656)、湿苞树菠萝和无核树菠萝(相似系数为0.651)的亲缘关系最远。干苞、湿苞性状间的差异可能来自于基因组中个别或少数几个基因座位,其遗传物质的差别不代表材料间遗传物质总体的差别。
The optimized RAPD technique was used to test the germplasm resources of eight tree pineapple. The results showed that there were genetic differences among the eight germplasm materials, and there was no synonym. Among them, the relationship between the non-nuclear tree pineapple and the non-rubber tree pineapple recently (similarity coefficient of 0.887), Malaysia pineapple and wet-tree pineapple (similarity coefficient of 0.656), wet-bud pineapple and non-nuclear tree pineapple (similarity coefficient 0.651) is the most distantly related. The differences between stem and wet-bud traits may come from one or a few loci in the genome, and their genetic material differences do not represent the overall difference in genetic material between materials.
