铝镁合金金属型拉伸试样铸造工艺的优化

利用ProCAST数值模拟软件对充型和凝固过程进行模拟,并预测铸件缩孔缩松缺陷,对于研究铸造工艺对金属型铝镁合金铸件质量影响具有重要的指导意义。本文就拉伸试样铸件设计了侧式正弦浇道和竖式直浇道两种不同浇注工艺,并且在充型温度场、凝固时间以及缩孔缩松缺陷预测等方面进行了数值模拟分析和结果对比,最后选用了竖式直浇道工艺进行模具设计制造和铸造。铸造表明,模拟结果合理,竖式直浇道工艺可以进一步改进。 Using ProCAST numerical simulation software to simulate the process of filling and solidification and predict the shrinkage defects of the castings is of great significance for studying the influence of the casting process on the quality of the aluminum-magnesium alloy castings. In this paper, two different pouring processes of side-type sinusoidal sprue and vertical sprue are designed for the tensile specimen casting, and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the filling temperature field, the solidification time and the prediction of shrinkage shrinkage defects and so on The results contrast, the final choice of vertical sprue mold design and manufacturing and casting process. Casting shows that the simulation results are reasonable, vertical sprue process can be further improved.
