湖北省肺心病协作组九个单位对1980～1982年二年以来,按1977年全国第二次肺心病专业会议制订的标准确诊为肺心病的住院病人1062例中,心电图资料完整的急性期725例及恢复187例进行了分析,探讨肺心病在急性期与恢复期心电图的变化规律,同时对 P 波改变的诊断价值加以探讨,现将结果报告如下
