目的探讨细辛临床应用中的剂量问题。方法对比研究经典方及现行《方剂学》中有关细辛用量与临床中关于细辛用量。结果经方中细辛用量一般为30g。而现代的方剂学中关于细辛的用量约为经方的1/10。临床用量多集中在3～5g之间,高于方剂学中用量,但低于经方中用量。结论古、现代临床处方中细辛用量与现行《方剂学》,规定的用量相距甚远,这可能与细辛使用部位和方法不同有关。
Objective To investigate the dose of Asarum in clinical application. Methods A comparative study of the classic prescription and the current “prescription” in the amount of Asarum on clinical use of Asarum dosage. As a result, the amount of Asarum prescription is generally 30g. Modern prescriptions on the amount of Asarum is about 1/10 of the party. Clinical concentration and more concentrated in the 3 ~ 5g, higher than the prescription dose, but lower than the amount of prescription. Conclusion The dosage of Asarum in ancient and modern clinical prescriptions is far away from the prescription of “Prescriptions,” which may be related to the differences in the site and method of Asarum use.
