私募基金将随着《中国投资基金法》出台而正式成为一种公开化的合法投资基金，私募基金的规范发展有利于为社会上越来越多的闲散资金提供一个安全、有效的投资方向，在国内市场秩序尚欠规范的背景下，长期处于地下状态的私募基金，其发展需要一个渐进稳妥的过程。
Private Equity Fund will formally become an open and legitimate investment fund with the promulgation of “China’s Investment Funds Law”. The normative development of private equity funds will be conducive to providing a safe and effective investment direction for more and more idle funds in the society. In the context of the still under-regulated domestic market order, the long-term private equity funds in the underground state need a gradual and steady development.
