针对贵州省煤矿数量多、煤层赋存条件复杂、高瓦斯矿井比例大、瓦斯安全相关数据零散、部分矿井瓦斯防治管理不到位、云上贵州计划政策需求等突出问题,提出了基于GIS二次开发的贵州省瓦斯安全数据云平台。以期建立一个基于大数据思维的的瓦斯安全管理、应用系统平台,形成瓦斯安全信息化集中管控、资源共享的机制。首先进行瓦斯安全数据云平台建设的可行性研究,然后阐述大数据平台的设计思想、建设框架、瓦斯安全指标监测、安全预警指标评判、钻孔工程管控、信息融合技术、管理运行模式等,并对主要应用功能和效果进行分析。
Aiming at the prominent problems such as the large number of coal mines in Guizhou Province, the complex conditions of coal seam, the large proportion of high gas mines, the fragmentary data of gas safety, the inadequate gas prevention and control in some mines and the need of planning and policy on cloud in Yunnan, Guizhou Province Gas Safety Data Cloud Platform. With a view to establishing a gas safety management and application system platform based on big data thinking, a mechanism for centralized management and control of gas safety information and resource sharing will be formed. First, the feasibility study on the construction of gas safety data cloud platform is carried out. Then, the design concept, construction framework, monitoring of gas safety indicators, judgment of safety warning indicators, management and control of drilling engineering, information fusion technology and management operation mode are described. Analysis of the main application functions and effects.
