“国家电网公司完成供电区域内无电人口通电任务,是奉献社会、保障和改善民生的重要举措,彰显了一个负责任的央企形象。”国资委研究中心副主任彭建国接受本刊记者专访时表示。彭建国认为,解决无电地区用电问题,是党中央、国务院高度重视的重大民生问题。国家电网公司提前完成经营区域内无电区通电任务,将有利于从根本上改善通电地区的生产、生活条件,使广大农牧民早一天享受现代文明,促进地区经济社会和谐发展。
