目的 调查某部女飞行人员个性特征及其与中国人常模间的差异。方法 应用陈仲庚修订的艾森克个性(成人)问卷对32名女飞行人员进行笔答式调查。结果 9人呈外向稳定型,占28.1%;7人倾向于外向稳定型,占21.9%;2人倾向于外向不稳定型,占6.3%;4人呈内向稳定型,占12.5%;2人倾向于内向稳定型,占6.3%;8人个性无明显倾向性,占25.0%。与中国人常模相比,内外向倾向性分值明显高,情绪稳定性及精神质分值明显低,掩饰度分值与常模接近。结论 被调查的女飞行人员的个性优势特征为外向性占优势。
Objective To investigate the personality characteristics of a female pilot and the differences between it and Chinese norm. Methods The eysenck’s personality (adult) questionnaire revised by Chen Zhonggeng was used to conduct a pen-based survey on 32 female pilots. Results 9 were extroversion stable, accounting for 28.1%; 7 tend to extroversion stable, accounting for 21.9%; 2 tend to extroversion unstable, accounting for 6.3%; 4 were introverted stable, accounting for 12.5%; 2 Tend to be introverted and stable, accounting for 6.3%; 8 personality no obvious tendency, accounting for 25.0%. Compared with the Chinese norm, the extroversion propensity scores were significantly higher, emotional stability and mental quality scores were significantly lower, masking degree scores and norm close. Conclusion The personality advantage of the female pilots surveyed is characterized by extroversion.
