砷铋钼蓝光度法测定砷时,由于磷同样也形成磷铋钼蓝而发生干扰.本文选用硫代硫酸钠作还原剂,使正砷酸还原成亚砷酸后不再形成砷铋钼蓝,而在此情况下,磷仍能正常发色.据此,在分取的两等份试液内,其中一份加硫代硫酸钠,仅使磷显色,以此作为参比液,另一份试液不加硫代硫酸钠,使磷和砷均定量显色,这样从测得的吸光度即可得到相应的砷含量.本法快速、简便,可作炼钢炉前分析.
