目的:本研究采用CBCT对单侧后牙正锁n 患者治疗前后双侧髁突在关节窝中的位置和形态进行测量分析,探讨治疗前后髁突位置和形态的变化,为正畸临床诊断和治疗提供理论依据。n 方法:选取单侧后牙正锁n 患者11例,男性2例,女性9例,平均年龄20.18±4.40岁;改良舌腭弓矫治器矫治锁n ;拍摄矫治前矫治后锥体束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT),测量分析髁突位置、形态等相关项目进行并对测量数据进行统计分析。n 结果:矫治前锁n 侧较非锁n 侧髁突中心点至正中矢状面的距离小,治疗后锁n 侧较非锁n 侧髁突矢状面与标准水平面角度减小,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);治疗后较治疗前锁n 侧髁突顶点至正中矢状面的距离增大,治疗后较治疗前锁n 侧髁突高度增大;差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:锁n 影响髁突在关节窝的位置,矫治后髁突位置有改变。n “,”Objective:To investigate the changes of condylar morphology and condyle-fossa relationship of unilateral scissors bite patients before and after orthodontic treatment.Methods:Eleven patients with unilateral scissors bite were selected, 2 males and 9 females, average age: 20.18±4.40 years. All the patients were treated with the modified lingual and/or transpalatal arch. The CBCT images were taken before and after orthodontic treatment. Then the items about condylar positions and morphology were measured and statistically analyzed.Results:The pretreatment distance from the condylar center (CoC) to the middle sagittal plane (MSP) on the scissors-bite side was smaller than the opposing side. The angle from the condyle sagittal plane (CSP) to the standard horizontal plane (SHP) showed statistically decrease in the scissors-bite side than the non-scissors-bite side after treatment (n P<0.05). And the distance from the condylar top (CoT) to middle sagittal plane (MSP) and condylar height changes on the scissors-bite side was obviously increased after treatment (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Condylar positions in fossa were unbalanced in posterior scissors-bite. Condylar position on the scissors-bite side improved after correction.
