为准确预测TBM装备可用性及经济性,需进一步研究TBM使用年限对机械工作性能的影响,采用数据调研和统计方法,对同一台TBM在中天山、秦岭I线及磨沟岭等隧道施工时的掘进参数、使用率、换刀率等关键参数进行分析,得出了相同围岩条件下的TBM使用年限对其工作性能的影响规律,可为TBM装备选型及效率预测提供参考。
In order to accurately predict the availability and economy of TBM equipment, the influence of TBM service life on mechanical performance needs to be further studied. When using the data of a TBM for tunnel construction in Zhongtian Tianshan, Qinling I and Mogouling, Tunneling parameters, usage rate, tool change rate and other key parameters were analyzed. The influence laws of TBM service life on the working performance under the same surrounding rock conditions were obtained, which could provide reference for TBM equipment selection and efficiency prediction.
