改革开放以来,农村职业教育在总的良性政策的引导规范下数量增多、专业设置多样、层次结构复杂、办学主体多元,不仅激发了职业教育的需求,而且赋予了农村职业教育新的内涵和意义。但是,由于政策自身和执行方面的原因,使得目前农村职业教育面临政策困境。通过政策回顾与分析,提出促进农村职业教育发展的以下政策建议:在加大对农村职业教育投入的基础上增强政策的适用性;改革管理体制,提高办学灵活性;转移关注点,促动农村职业教育主体需求。
Since the reform and opening up, the number of rural vocational education increased under the guidance of the general benign policies. The variety of professional settings, the complex hierarchical structure and the diversified schools have not only stimulated the demand of vocational education but also given the new connotation and significance of rural vocational education . However, due to the policy itself and the implementation of the reasons, making the current rural vocational education is facing policy difficulties. Through policy review and analysis, the following policy suggestions are proposed to promote the development of rural vocational education: to increase the applicability of policies on the basis of increasing the investment in rural vocational education; to reform the management system and improve the flexibility of running schools; to shift the focus and promote rural areas The main demand of vocational education.
