土壤是造成油气田埋地生产管线外腐蚀的主要因素。影响土壤腐蚀性的因素很多,因素间的相互关系很复杂,没有确定的映射关系,传统的分析法很难对其进行分析处理。可应用灰色理论的灰关联分析法对土壤腐蚀因素进行相关性分析,以判断哪些因素是土壤腐蚀的主要影响因素,哪些是次要的影响因素,为土壤腐蚀的防护提供决策依据。某油气田对其埋地管道土壤的理化指标及管道的腐蚀性进行了调查,将调查数据输入编制的计算机程序进行计算,得出相应的土壤腐蚀体系各因素作用的大小顺序为pH值>孔隙度>含盐量>土壤电阻率>Ca~(2+)>HCO_3~->含水量>氧化还原电位>Mg~(2+)>SO_4~(2-)>Cl~->容重。
Soil is the main factor that causes the corrosion of buried pipelines in oil and gas fields. There are many factors affecting the soil corrosivity, the correlation between factors is very complicated, there is no definite mapping relationship, and the traditional analysis method is difficult to analyze and process. Gray correlation analysis of gray theory can be applied to analyze the correlation of soil erosion factors to determine which factors are the main factors affecting soil erosion and which are the secondary influencing factors to provide decision basis for the protection of soil erosion. The physical and chemical indexes of buried pipeline soil and pipeline corrosion were investigated in an oil and gas field. The survey data were input into the computer program to calculate, and the corresponding order of the various factors of soil erosion system was the order of pH value> porosity > Salt content> soil resistivity> Ca2 +> HCO3-> water content> redox potential> Mg2 +> SO4-> 2-> Cl-> bulk density.
