《河北省历史文化名城名镇名村保护办法》(以下简称《办法》)已于今年10月1日起施行。《办法》的正式施行,将为保护历史文化遗产、继承和弘扬燕赵文化、全面提升文化凝聚力、影响力和竞争力、改善发展环境和生态环境起到重要的促进作用。《办法》明确指出,由县级以上政府负责本行政区域内历史文化名城、名镇、名村的保护和监督管理工作;创新管理方式,设区的市、县级人民政府应设立由本级政府及其相关主管部门负责人、专家和公众代表组成的保护委员会,推动
