目的:探究中药方剂扶正消癥汤对胃癌患者的临床治疗效果和肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年3月胶州市人民医院中医内科收治的80例胃癌患者，男47例，女33例，年龄(61.35±2.60)岁，年龄范围为50～76岁。采用随机数表法将患者随机分为经典方案组与联合治疗组，每组40例。经典方案组给予经典FOLFOX6方案化学治疗，联合治疗组在经典方案组基础上加用中药方剂扶正消癥汤治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果、中医证候积分、肿瘤标志物[肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原、癌抗原199(CA 199)]及不良反应的影响。结果:联合治疗组临床治疗效果有效率[75.0%(30/40)]显著优于经典方案组[52.5%(21/40)]，差异有统计学意义(n P0.05)。n 结论:中药方剂扶正消癥汤治疗胃癌患者可获得更好的治疗效果，降低中医证候积分，且不会增加不良反应，安全性较高。“,”Objective:To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction on the clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and tumor markers of patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to the department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiaozhou People′s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected, including 47 males and 33 females, aged(61.35±2.60)years old, ranging from 50 to 76 years old.The patients were randomly divided into the classic regimen group and the combined treatment group, with 40 cases in each group.The classic regimen group was given the classic FOLFOX6 regimen chemotherapy, and the combined treatment group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine prescription Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction on the basis of the classic regimen group.The effects of clinical treatment, TCM syndrome scores, tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen, carbohydrate antigen 199(CA 199)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was[75.0%(30/40)], significantly higher than that of the classical treatment group[52.5%(21/40)], and the difference was statistically significant(n P0.05).n Conclusion:Fuzheng Xiaozheng decoction, a traditional Chinese medicine prescription, can achieve better therapeutic effect in treating gastric cancer patients, reduce TCM syndrome score, and will not increase adverse reactions, with high safety.
