由湖南投资集团股份有限公司和长沙矿冶研究院合作,我国超硬材料专家陈启武教授主持研制的“Y—500型金刚石合成设备”及合成工艺研究获得成功。 由国内材料、工程领域有关专家、教授组成的鉴定委员会通过现场考察、技术分析和认真讨论后认为:“以压力坎限”准则和“刚性结构”为设计指导思想研制的Y—500型金刚石合成设备,计算严谨、设计合理,是世界上可用于工业生产的最大的六面顶压机,达到了人机最佳协调,其性能(结构刚性、运行精度、可操作性)处于国际领先水平;研究技术文件质量高,理论性和实践性都很强,对我国超硬材料和超高压技术发展在理论上和实践上都具有指导意义。 金刚石为超硬材料,由于其独特的结构而表现出硬度大、耐高温、耐腐蚀等优良特性,被广泛应用于民用和军用工
