临床资料 92例脑萎缩中男53例,女39例,年龄2月～1岁56例,～3岁29例,～7岁7例。母孕期先兆流产2例,一氧化碳中毒1例、围产期有窒息史13例,产伤6例,智力低下5例。CT检查依据吴氏脑萎缩、脑室测量值和指数,本组92例脑萎缩患儿,轻度萎缩48例,中度42例,重度2例。其中全脑萎缩22例,额叶萎缩19例,颞叶萎缩16例、额、颞叶萎缩34例,单纯小脑萎缩1例。92例脑萎缩患儿中癫痫32例,婴儿痉挛症4例,化脑2O例,散发性脑炎7例、新生儿颅内出血2例,营养不良性贫血20例。小头畸形1例,脑发育不全4例,脑囊虫病2例。
Clinical data of 92 cases of brain atrophy in 53 males and 39 females, aged 2 months to 1 year in 56 cases, ~ 3 years in 29 cases, 7 years old in 7 cases. Pregnancy threatened abortion in 2 cases, 1 case of carbon monoxide poisoning, perinatal asphyxia 13 cases, 6 cases of birth injury, mental retardation in 5 cases. CT examination based on Wu’s brain atrophy, ventricular measurements and index, 92 patients with brain atrophy in this group, mild atrophy in 48 cases, 42 cases of moderate and severe in 2 cases. The brain atrophy in 22 cases, frontal atrophy in 19 cases, 16 cases of temporal lobe atrophy, frontal and temporal lobe atrophy in 34 cases, simple cerebellar atrophy. 92 cases of cerebral atrophy in children with epilepsy in 32 cases, 4 cases of infantile spasms, 2 cases of brain, sporadic encephalitis in 7 cases, 2 cases of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage, malnutrition anemia in 20 cases. 1 case of microcephaly, 4 cases of hypoplasia, 2 cases of cysticercosis.
