本文就3例脑病患者,因颅内压高而静注日剂量300～450g 甘露醇后,发生急性肾功能衰竭的机理问题以及临床应用的若干注意事项作了阐述和分析。
In this paper, three patients with encephalopathy, due to intracranial hypertension and intravenous injection of 300 ~ 450g mannitol, the pathogenesis of acute renal failure and some of the clinical application of a number of precautions were described and analyzed.
