数学“课题学习”是《全日制义务教育数学课程标准》中新增加的最富有特色的学习内容,是“问题解决”的具体呈现形式之一。日本把“课题学习”的内容纳入《中学数学学习指导要领》中,使“问题解决”的思想以法律的形式确定下来。国内对“课题学习”没有给予足够的重视,落实好“课题学习”教学是新课程背景下数学教学对教师提出的更高要求,也是摆在每个数学教育工作者面前的一个现实课题。数学“课题学习”的案例从实践层面说明了其可行性和意义所在。
