舌癌的治疗主要采取以手术为主的综合序列治疗,治疗的原则已由根治为主上升到了根治和功能保存及重建并重的新层面,目前研究主要集中在舌形态和体积的修复上,关于吞咽功能恢复的研究不多。本文就舌癌术后吞咽功能的研究作一综述。
The treatment of tongue cancer mainly adopts the comprehensive sequence-based treatment. The principle of treatment has risen from radical to the new level of both radical and functional preservation and reconstruction. At present, the research mainly focuses on the repair of tongue morphology and volume. There is not much research on swallowing recovery. This article reviews the research on postoperative swallowing function of tongue cancer.
