一、精神分裂症是功能性精神病吗?精神病一般分为功能性和器质性两大类,前者是指那些未发现脑组织病理变化的病例,后者则具有明确的脑结构损害。但实际上这种划分仅是相对的,不够确切,因为在功能性与器质性之间不能截然分开。有些病例虽无器质性损害的体征,仅表现功能性精神病症状,但并不能因此而排除脑器质性疾病的存在。确有许多脑器质性疾病患者,如脑肿瘤、病毒性脑炎等,功能性精神病症状是早期表现或为仅有的临床特征。
