一台日本三菱柴油车使用中出现冷却水从水箱加水口喷出的现象,发动机转速越高,喷水越严重。根据以往排除这类故障的经验和排障原则,我们首先检查了发动机温度,结果证明故障与此无关(因温度并不高)。接着对水箱及冷却系水道进行检查,未发现堵塞现象,为可靠起见,又用清洗剂对冷却系进行清洗,但故障依旧。至此,可初步断定故障乃气水窜通所致。
