金钱白花蛇为眼镜蛇科动物银环蛇Bung-arus multicinctus multicinctus Blyth的幼蛇除去内脏的干燥体。临床上具有祛风、活络、镇痉、攻毒之功效,为常用中药。为牟取暴利,近来一些不法分子从医院煎药室或药厂中以低价回收已煎煮过的金钱白花蛇掺入商品中。经笔者检查发现本地区各医院销售的金钱白花蛇此种掺伪现象高达80％左右。现将二者鉴别特征分述如下。
The money white snake absorbs the dried body of the viscera for the young snake of the family Cobra Bung-arus multicinctus multicinctus Blyth. Clinically, it has the effect of removing wind, active collaterals, phlegm, and attacking poison. It is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. In order to obtain huge profits, some lawbreakers have recently recovered from the hospital decocting chambers or pharmaceutical companies that the decocted white snake has been incorporated into the goods at a low price. After the author’s inspection, it was found that the sales of money and white snakes in various hospitals in the region were as high as 80%. The distinguishing features of the two are described below.
