曾看过这样一篇文章:一位后进的学生先后遇到了两位老师。第一位老师对其不完成作业的行为进行了应有的惩罚:罚抄作业、罚跑步、罚捡纸……这位学生用逃学、旷课等方式对抗老师,并发誓要报复这位老师。后来,班级换了另外一位老师。对于他的错误,这位老师并没有一味地批评,而是细心地发现他的优点,表扬他、鼓励他。在尊重与鼓励下,这位学生慢慢地转变了。在考入重点中学时,他发誓要报答这位老师。
