首先分析了现有的期刊国际化程度评价指标所存在的问题。然后,基于国际化期刊的两个关键性特征——作者国际化与读者国际化,提出了六个具有可操作性的量化指标:国际论文量IA、国际论文比R IA、稿源国数量N AC、国际引用频次ICT、国际引用率R IC、引用国数量N CC,并以SCI和JCR数据库为例说明了它们的计算方法。最后,通过实例验证了这六个量化指标的有效性。
First of all, it analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation index of internationalization of the existing journals. Then, based on the two key characteristics of international journals - internationalization of authors and internationalization of readers, six operational quantitative indicators are proposed: the number of international papers IA, the international papers R IA, the number of source countries N AC, International Citation Frequency (ICT), International Reference Rate (ICC), Number of Reference Countries (N CCs), and illustrates how they are calculated using the SCI and JCR databases as an example. Finally, the validity of these six quantitative indicators is verified by examples.
