如今中小学大多学生能遵守校规,完成学习任务。但个别学生管不好,将会对社会造成负面影响。乡村小学条件差,随着学生人数的减少,使得教学点撤销,学生到路远的完小读书,现在的乡村小学生娇惯脆弱,受不得点委屈。父母大多外出打工,家里余下爷奶,孩子给他们带,过于溺爱,形成孩子娇身惯养、疏于管教,养成了坏习惯,生活不能自理,学习态度不端正、纪律懒散。这些就要求班主任必须从各方面,用多种方法尽早了解学生情况。从实际情况入手,把特殊小孩引到正道来。为此班主任,不仅抓好学习成绩的严师,且还要做好生活中的慈母。
